I stumbled across this quote today:
"Remember no one can make you feel inferior without your consent." —Eleanor Roosevelt
I think it fits just perfectly. There's SO much truth to it. If someone says something that makes you feel like crap, there's a chance you've already judged yourself. Be kind to you...sometimes, no one else will.
