This is the student that I always talk about...the one that has funny funnies to say. I went over how to answer this question with the kids before I turned them loose to answer it on their own. This is what she came up with. Can you tell she's the drama queen of my class? I asked her if she was classroom pet. You know she had some long, drawn out answer, and the result was, of course, "Yes, I'm a pet. I'm my mom's pet."
I'm currently fighting off a cold, and hopefully nothing more. My students came to school the first day of the year coughing, sneezing, and snotting all over. It hasn't stopped yet, so I knew it was only a matter of time till I got sick. Two more days till the weekend.

That is too cute!
And, I deal with the kids by tying them up in my back room and taping their mouths shut!! Just kidding. I don't know. I guess I know I have to do it and try to think of them as my own!
That is seriously cute!
Cute!
And yes, we already have a 'bug' going around the room too!
I love that...I would vote for me! I think I'd vote for her too. :)
Sorry to hear that you're not feeling well. Our kids came in snotting (and snot eating) this year too. I had a sore throat and headache a few weeks ago, but I think Nyquil is the magic cure for everything. I felt better in a couple of days...hopefully you will too!
Take care of yourself!
Funny! I hope you are not getting whatever it is I have. It feels like the flu, minus the head stuff. Does that make sense?? Just body aches and chills.
